Rate Details:
- Rates are seasonal as follows:
- High Season: July-August $12,000/month
- Mid Season: May, June, September, and October $10,000/month
- Low Season: November-April $9,000/month
50% due upon booking and 50% amount due 8 weeks before arrival
Rates may be higher for holidays and special events (AT&T Golf, Concours d’elegance, New Year, X-MAS, Thanksgiving…)
2. Cleaning fee: $300
3. Security Deposit (refunadable): $1,000
